Coronavirus: HBC sues landlord of Yorkdale, Square One alleging failure to run ‘first class’ malls

The retailer claims that Oxford, which has a portfolio of malls including the Yorkdale Shopping Centre and the Square One Shopping Centre has refused to deliver suitable premises since reopening after COVID-19 shutdowns.
