Halifax libraries join Canadian efforts to end 'period poverty' by offering free tampons, pads in bathrooms

Halifax Public Libraries will soon offer free menstrual products in all its bathrooms at its 14 branches, joining growing efforts across Canada to end so-called period poverty.
