College defends Winnipeg doc’s suspension after he texted ‘sexualized’ photos with teen patient

The Manitoba College of Physicians and Surgeons is defending their decision to allow a doctor continue practicing after he sent more than 1,000 text messages and several gifts to a 16-year-old patient that were described as "salacious, personal and sexualized."
