Le dilemme que posent les criminels étrangers détenus au Canada

Le Canada compte 832 ressortissants étrangers qui sont incarcérés dans les prisons du pays pour un crime qu'ils ont commis dans l'une des provinces. Cela représente 5,9 % de la population carcérale totale au pays. De nombreux obstacles freinent toutefois leur expulsion du pays.
