Concerts, celebrities, festivals, freebies: cannabis marketers spending big this summer

The federal government has tabled strict rules about how cannabis can be promoted. Celebrity endorsements and event sponsorship will be prohibited. But the legislation doesn't take effect until Oct. 17, so marketers are taking advantage of summer events to reach potential customers.
