Canadian claiming border agency mistakenly detained him for 8 months sues for $10M

A naturalized Canadian is suing the Canada Border Services Agency after he was arrested and held in detention for eight months. CBSA told him his fingerprint scan matched someone who was deported, but had no other evidence to prove he was not who he said he was.
