Stunt driving, tax evasion, child abuse among allegations against foreign diplomats living in Canada

A series of reports obtained by CBC since 2014 indicate a spike in incidents of alleged illegal behaviour by diplomats posted to Ottawa. The problems range from traffic offences, child abuse, mistreatment of domestic workers — even one case of a diplomat caught in a sweep of 'johns.'
